I recently discovered how easy it is to cook with puff pastry, and I’m using the small amount of free time I have to fiddle with recipes and ideas. You can make desserts, lunches, dinners, pizzas, sandwiches, rolls…whatever.
So before I post recipes, I’m curious, what are your recommendations? What is you favorite recipe that involves puff pastry?
